siN I have to ask this, seeing as how my name is Neal. Where does the "Sure it's Neal " band name come from ??

siN I have to ask this, seeing as how my name is Neal. Where does the "Sure it's Neal " band name come from ??

Somewhere in 1996, when our current vocalist came with the band, we decided to change the name. A frontman is mostly the sight of the band and our previous bandname wasn't the best name you can get (please don't ask).

Anyway, played with a lot of dictionaries, but haven't found a nice name, somebody in the group shouted something like "Sure it's Real". And with a simple name change we made Real into Neal, not necissairily pointing to a famous Neal/Neil.

The abbreviation siN sounds very nice. The thoughts about the name "sure it's Neal" are a bit divers lately.


Maybe someone has an idea for a bandname, playing rock with about 50% originals and an equal amount of covers. Please let us know....
