Rick passed me this cool cool BT to post. So get your head, heart and soul around this one. I think this BT should inspire you out of your skin.
So whats your poison going to be on this one. Blues, Jazz, Funk I think they'll all fit. Have a quick noodle with it and see what takes your fancy.
Volunteers get your names in quick dont think spaces on this will last too long.

BTW top stuff Rob, I like that nice clean tone too. I really think your playing is coming on in lots of different ways, not that it wasn't good before of course. Just taking on the different challenges that these jams throw at us has to make a difference to us all though. They get us to experiment with different tones and techniques and just think just a little more about things. I hope everyone else gets as much from them as I do. It's a really great to listen to, as well as to take part in, cool stuff. :thumb:

Your right Neal, it does make you think, I am trying new things including scales and tones and I suppose I am playing a lot more now than I ever did, this site and the jams plus all the advice and critique good and bad is the thing I have been looking for.

Just quickly listened in and, it is sounding great!!!!!!! I'll have a bit added sometime today (fed up with constant DIY!) but there is one hell of a standard to try to keep up!

Very classy tone Farl, is that the PRS? Doesnt sound like your in a rut, you just have found your comfort zone and its good.

Yep it was the PRS. Thanks for the comments Rob, poss is the comfort zone but I was a bit pissed off yesterday, I had about an hour to do my bit but, when I got to the PC my MP3 to Wav was not working! took about 40 minutes to try re-starts etc and eventually had to download another freebie. I record in Wav format so then had to record, mix down, re-convert to MP3 and post so I felt like it was hurried and I feel it shows as there are a couple of bum notes and a bit of hesitation in places. Next time I'll give myself more time and try to keep up with you matey!

Cheers Zapp, I'll give myself a bit more time at it on the next one. That was my first jam on that track, take 2. I'll get this damned house finished one day and get back into the swing of things properley!

Thanks Peter ....... I tried .... like to do something a bit "different" now and again, whether it be messing about with tones or indeed different guitars.
What a cool finish from mr slowhand himself 'Zapafan' excellent stuff is that an acoustic or an effect either way top stuff Neal.

Acoustic Rob .... my Yamaha APX7 through the GT6 to add a few bits ..... mainly a tad of reverb.

And very well done at that!! Nice one (as usual) Zapp! Gotta be a record time for a 6SH jam as well! Listened to it in full uninterupted by kids in a darkened, very quiet room and, I have to say, I love it!
