its downloading now Steve i'll ahve to watch it later as our computer for internet at work has no soundcard just now but I think that is it sorted. Just the bits with [url] need to be deleted i think...copied the other part then pasted itin my brower.

I'm using pages.google.com (http://www.pages.google.com) and you can host up to 100mb its easy peasy bro! PS and free!

if you look back through your attachments steve you will find that some of them for jams will be obsolete.
only the final jam is needed really!
so if you delete some of them then it'll upload!

if anybody wants me to uplaod the fianl jams again for them i will or ask zappa,zombo,stew,toma,snavey,farl,felix ohhh etc etc
