Well, I just put half down on my new axe...ESP LTD MH-100QM (http://www.guitar-village.co.uk/product-detail.asp?id=1832)...that's not the one I got, but it's the best photo I could find. I didnt purchase online, it's from a local ESP dealer. It sells at Music123 for 319 USD and I got it for 270 USD out the door, tax and all. So I think I got a helluva deal. I'll post my own pics. Hopefullly, I'll get some gear to post clips too. We'll see. But damn am I excited. A good compliment to my Epi LP, a nice fast axe with a Floyd. Gotta love it!!

That is a great looking guitar...getting a new one always gives your playing an extra new kick...you'll be amazed at the progress you'll make and your motivation will sky rocket...happy playing mate look forward to seeing it and hearing some cool vibes.

haha, I should have the new axe on monday or tuesday. I bought it here in the area where i'm going to school, and school is out for the summer on friday but I'm gonna be back up on monday to move things out of my apartment. So I hope they get it in Monday so that I wont have to drive BACK up and waste another couple gallons of gas, haha. We'll see tho. When I get it, y'all'll be the first ones to know!

haha, yea, it's so fun. If i would have bought it from the store on order, i would have paid 349 for it...but i did my homework, found it cheaper online and the store BEAT the online price by 10 bucks...and then by paying part of it in cash, they gave me and extra 5% off. It's always fun doing the shopping...finding the guitar you love...and then doing the work and getting the best deal you can on it. It's a rush! haha. Now I play the waiting game till it comes in!

As I know, there's nothing quite like getting your hands on a nice shiny new guitar... and you even did the right thing and got the one with the right-way-up headstock... good for you.

haha, yea, I played a model with the reverse headstock and a flat Strat-style body...it was black with a grayish flame top, and for one, the flat body looked too plain, and the reverse 'stock irked me...so i found a model similar to this guitar that more of a Jackson/Ibanez looking body, with a arch in it and the original headstock and i was sold on it! Pics as soon as it's in my hands guys, I promise.
