View Full Version : Zombos rhythm and lead challenge??

I have been giving all this Zombo challenge a lot of thought lately and have come up with an idea which will include rhythm and lead?
It will be a drum backing track with bass only lasting 2 minutes you should include rhythm guitar and a bit of a solo in it!
Each participant will record his part then load his track up and we will vote whose we like the best!
This will enable you to work with loads of freedom let me know if you like the idea of it or not? At the moment its only a suggestion I would like your feedback on it ?

sounds like a great idea mr. shmooze this will be interesting to see the different ways everyone can design a rythem part....solo's a great but song content is the real challenge....count me in

What happened to the pending Marshall purchase?

Anyway... sounds like a very cool idea, we all get a little too obsessed with this whole lead thing, it'll be nice to pound out some rhythm for a change.

family is in a massive income trouble currently... so i have to get a practise amp first anwyay, as im doing music as an exam subject inschool now...... you wouldnt expect me to bring a 100 watt marshall to do my practical... lol

Well, I'd love a go! Pukka idea Zombo!! I'll really show myself up but, the harvest is finished!! (900 tons of wheat!!) and I've got a litte more time on my hands!!

Ok I will sort out a jam track with drums and bass and put it up it will be around 2 minutes long I will get it done tomorrow !
