Mike Plant, Sword, Too Many Cooks, Paradise

Mike Plant was the guitarist for a band called Sword that released 2 albums in the early 90s. Great stuff!!I was wondering whatever happened to him and just found something on the web saying that he was in a band called Too Many Cooks and now in a band called Paradise which just released a cd called Hotel.
Anyone, especially anyone in Canada, have any info about any of this?

I'm from Canada but have been away almost 3 years now. I had heard of the band Too Many Cooks (from Montreal I believe). My wife's friend was dating one of the guys in the band?? I haven't heard anything about them in quite some time.

Sorry I'm not helping much (not at all actually) but didn't want you to think us Canadians were ignoring you!!
