View Full Version : Ini and ZappaFan' Tribute to Zombo

Well here a little jam that Ini and I have put together in order to pay tribute in a small way to the work that Zombo has put in teaching Ini. A kind of musical thank you.

It was also a crafty way of me getting Ini to play for more than 45 seconds on a track, he has done a lot of work on his playing and I was determined to make sure you guys got the chance to here him doing his stuff, of which I think he should be very proud.

We used the backer that John posted up for the Feb Challenge, it seems as good a backer as any to blast away too.

The 4 solos alternate between Ini and myself with Ini kicking off with the first one.

I have to say after I heard the first one he did, only the second take or so he said, I was filled with trepidation at having to follow him, As always I just plugged in and did my best.

Anyway enough rambling ........ here's the track ........ hope you like it.

Really liked that! I'm sure that John will be dead chuffed!!! Hell Ini, how did you get to play that well since last time I heard you!! (not that it was bad last time!) the speed is really impressive and the phrasing is spot on too! and Zapp mate, you are so fluent!! with great tones.

Great stuff the pair of you so.... my first double rep point is being awarded!!

Oh my goodness... Ini has trebled his ability almost overnight. Well done young man!

I really enjoyed that, excellent work by both of you, and that harmony worked very well indeed.

I'll be saving this one for sure.

Yes John should be proud of that well done.........that explains why you've been hiding ini that is the best from you and all that hard work pays off:thumb:. And most excellent work from you too Neil its not often you shred hope you didn't get a blister from that:-P

Absolutely brilliant I just saw it now after my return from England now that is very impressive some monster licks from Ini !!!
A little bit of credit goes to me 10% Ini takes 90% as he always practiced and took it seriously can't believe it was you genious !!
Zap and Ini I am honoured indeed you made me blush !!
