We have some great guitarist coming up at the club I run in the next few months. If you live in central Scotland, hope you can make it along.
Sat 21st April - John Goldie with Swing Guitars and Larry Guild.
John is regarded as one of the top acoustic players. His fans include Tommy Emmanuel and Martin Taylor. www.johngoldie.co.uk and www.myspace.com/johngoldieguitar
Sat 28th April - Jon Gomm
Jon is just one of those guys that makes you want to burn your guitar. He makes Preston Reed look like the amateur he is. Up there with Hedges. Amazing.
Also got Erik Mongrain for May and Paul Rose (Full band) for July.
If anyone out there runs a venue, knows a good guitar based venue or hold house concerts and would be interested in putting on Erik Mongrain, then get in touch.
Cheers.

Now seeing Erik Mongrain is very very cool....superb news Iain looking forward to that and as always seeing Paul will be a right treat :thumb:

Sorry for not replying sooner Doug, but could not get logged on. Couple of options. You can call the Kirkstyle and book by credit/debit card and collect the tickets on the night or I can put them aside for you and you can pay on the night.
Paul Rose is doing a last minute gig (does he do any other type?) at the club this friday (16th). He will be acoustic.
For all forthcoming gigs visit www.acmusicclub.co.uk
Cheers.
Iain.

Just an update on some of our gigs. Unfortunately we had to cancel the Erik Mongrain gig. Not very happy with his management on this one.
This Saturday we have John Goldie with Larry Guild and the Swing Guitars. Tickets will be available at the door. www.johngoldie.co.uk
Next Saturday (28th April) we have Jon Gomm. The guy is like a cross between Tommy Emmanuel, Preston Reed and Nick Harper. Entry is free. www.jongomm.com
On the 19th May we have Nick Harper. Nick is the son of Roy Harper, but for my money better than his old man. The loudest acoustic player we have ever had at the club. Amazing live. Tickets available from 01236 763158. www.harperspace.com
Got three gigs from Paul Rose on the Glasgow fair weekend (14th & 15th July). A solo acoustic slot on the outdoor stage at the Village Festival on both the sat and sun afternoons and a full band gig on the evening of the 14th.
Hope you don't mind me posting these, but hopefully some of you guys will make it along.
