Dream Theater are playing at the Newcastle City Hall on the 9th June, this is the only gig they are doing in the UK apart from the Download Festival.

I've got my tickets, in row BB (27 rows back :mrgreen:) and I can't wait. I got my tickets on the 2nd day after they were on sale, now the only tickets available are on the balcony...

Just wondering if anyone else is going.

Chances are I'll get some pics with the band, LOL, at Newcastle you can just hang round the side and meet everyone as the walk right in front of you.

Damn, I think they should have booked more gigs round the country rather than just 1 and another one at a festival.

The only reason Newcastle gig is happening is because they are using it as a warmup for Download.

As a Huge fan of DT, the 2 hour warmup gig is better than a 45 minute slot at a festival which they are not even headlining.
