Seems kinds "over-the-top" to me, but I guess for players who do not have a brain stem this might be thier only means of accurate tuning.

Does seem like overkill but that would be awesome to have the guitar auto tune during a live gig, while you're playing.

This has been around for a little while now, I believe Jimmy Page uses it. The big benefit is of being able to use different tunings at the press of a button, for slide say, even in the middle of a number. Again Page is a big user of alternative tunings so you can see why he went for it. I think it's horrendously expensive though....................

I think it would be cool for those days when you just can't get the fooker in choon by ear - it's hard to turn knobs with your ear!

I must have overlooked this one Ron, what I meant to say was, I wouldn't use one unless I needed something slap some 10's user around the ears with and there were no beer bottles or baseball bats handy.. :mrgreen:
