Just been trying out the new incarnation of this from NI. Guitar Rig 3 is a major improvement in both audio quailty and some nice tweaks to the user interface. Seems like a major step forward for this software and it includes some great presets that are instantly useable in your own recordings rather than being over the top sounds that you could never use.
