I also recieved the following spam from Jessie in PM here on 6sh:
Hi,I'm new here, how's it going?"Buddhism has the characteristics of what would be expected in a cosmic religion for the future: it transcends a personal God, avoids dogmas and theology; it covers both the natural & spiritual, and it is based on a religious sense aspiring from the experience of all things as a meaningful unity" - Albert Einstein---Jessiehttp://jessie.infinitehosting.net
Mare :(
Wow, that's some seriously pointless spam!
Thankfully I'm with BigDoug on the no-spam list.

A human who knows how to copy and paste, apparently. Also, one who has way too much time on their hands. There's Hormel plant about 100 miles south of here...........a Spam factory. It's probably the worst thing you could ever eat. But, not as useless as this variety. It's got me wanting to dig up my Brass Buddha................

We used spam for bait when we fished. It's easier than finding worms.

Spam e-mail is a pain in the arse but Spam made of all the old crap that is swept up from the slaugher room floor after they have wiped out a few pigs for your bacon butties just has to be the worst kind of old crap you could possibly eat!! Hell's teeth guys! What are you doing to yourselves!! It's bloody disgusting! LOL
Actually.... That may be a bit harsh.... (Not the disgusting bit... LOL) But... here are the facts!
A 56 gram (approximately 2 ounce) serving of original Spam provides 7 grams of protein, 2 grams of carbohydrates, 15 grams of fat (23% US Daily Value) including 6 grams of saturated fat (28% US Daily Value), and over 170 calories. A serving contains nearly a third of the recommended daily intake of sodium (salt). Spam provides very little in terms of vitamins and minerals (0% vitamin A, 1% vitamin C, 1% calcium, 3% iron). It has been listed as a food that is a poor choice for weight loss (or weight gain) and optimum health and as a food that "is high in saturated fat and sodium.
Er..... yum yum..... not!
