well i finally got it back online.
not sadly without a couple of issues,
to get around the login problem

clear cookies, login
close browser all should be cool.

there seems to be a couple of odd things on the right dunno what.

and truth be told this is a very cobbled together method i've used.
i could have done it earlier this week but didn't really want to, it just got to last resort stage.

i'll carry on working on issues but at least we all have it back.

Site 5 Rick!

Trouble free i tell ya

Rick

its ok for you to say that steve, guitarjammers is tiny.
6sh is 9gb, the database alone is 100mb

site 5 won't give you ssh access on a shared hosting package, infact nobody will.

on the database server i have full root access as a consequence i can drag things acroos the network at full speed from server to server, however because the 6sh main site sits on shared hosting space i don't have shell access to that and have to wait until the startlogic guys do the work for me.

you'll start hitting issues believe me i have 18 trouble free months then all of a sudden i outgrew things and the limits that all cheap hosts have in place (but never tell you about) start to show up.
for example mysql max 50,000 questions wait till you start to hit that one which you will and sooner than you think.
