my luck I guess i ordered the full sky package tv/broadband/telephone. The came 3rd August couldn't get TV signal so the whole thing is cancelled. Got letter yesterday saying unfortunately the BT cancellation hadn't been cancelled. Just as I read the letter the things slowed in front of my eyes. I reset the hub and boof nothing when switched on no broadband. Have SKY router in unopened box but it is suppossed to be returned unopen.....

Upshot i may be offline for a while while I re-order BT to rejoin the buggers.

See you soon chaps.

Good luck with it all Stew, I think all ISP's are useless most of the time.
Could you imagine what it would be like if you were as bad at dentistry as they are at providing a stable connection? Your patients would go to a good dentist, but can you easily go to a good ISP? I think not!

lol - not again! My router has been giving me problems, so I had to replace it. The new one has a built in switch, so each port shares 100mb/s bandwidth as opposed to my old route that only provided 10mb/s per port - not that it would help much with the internet connection, but on my ~1TB network it makes a huge difference.

Bugger news Stew. Hope you get it sorted soon. I'll have to say that Comcast has been a very reliable service for me. I had router issue a while back. It was just a bad router though.

UI'll be on for few mins each day when have quiet spell at work just to see what is happening. This is such a pain though as the Sky bloke was here on 3rd Aug and they had 5days to tell BT they were not taking my broadband afterall and then BT cancel my broadband on 8th. Been trying to get thought to BT which is nightmare and trying to get someone that understands English and comprehends what I am talking about.
