Lost my internet connection night before last and after several attempts at hitting the restart button on BT broadband router and using the reset switch...phoned BT last night was on for 90mins!!! They had me trying everything that I had already tried myself including connecting directly to the master socket test socket.
The question then turned towards whether I had anything electromagentic close to the hub?? BT solution= wait another 2days and if still no broadband phone us back....me thinks the thinking behind this is so that the person I dealt with will not be available lol.
Anyway it may be a sign for me to crack on with my accounts for tax return so see you guys next week.
