Dude, Tin Cup is a must see flick. Kind of a chick flick in a few ways but overall, very good movie.

Yep, not afraid to admit it either. Titanic is another one of my favorites. But seriously, you gotta see Tin Cup. It really is a good movie.

i went to see titanic cos kaz wanted, anyway i got bored and went to sit in the bar and (i smoked then) have a couple of fags!

when i got back in, the lead character was just sliding off that pallet into the sea.
i looked to my right and i kid you not, the gruftyest bloke in the world, all 6 feet, 20 stone and hairy like an ape, was bawling his eyes out.

anyway enough thread highjacking with rick drivel..

i'll download it and let kaz watch it..

Dude, you didn't like Titanic? I didn't get to the point that I cried but I thought it was a very well made movie. I'll watch just about anything other than horror. Not because they're scary but because they're so silly. I've yet to see a horror movie that kept me interested.

Gotcha. See, I like movies that go on forever.....if they're interesting that is. It bothers me sometimes to go to the theater and pay 18 bucks to see a flick and it finishes in an hour and 20 minutes. The longer the better.

Tin Cup - a chick flick? A chick flick about golf??

I think not!!

Great movie IMHO. One of Costner's best, and Rene Russo is gorgeous. I especially like the bit where Don Johnson outshoots Coster with the 7 iron to win his car. Classic!

Dude, that's just wrong. Tin Cup is a solid movie. I've got the DVD and have seen it quite a few times. I'll toss it into the DVD player in the car and just let it keep running for a few days. hehe!! Not to mention it's got a helluva soundtrack to it.

When I was in high school and college I was nailing a chick that looks exactly like her. First time I saw Rene Russo I thought it was that chick. Pretty scary.
