I think his name is Don he likes to use thick strings and seems to have something about 9 gauge strings what a Dork man! He needs a damn good rock guitar he lives in the past century probably has cob webs in his guitar case jeez!!!!

Splattercaster, when you stop playing with yourself and grow up you will realise that my real age is of no consequence, it doesn't define me in any meaningful way, though if you're really interested it's 56. That's why it's not in my profile, also it's kinda depressing to have to change it every year......... It's obvious from my postings I was playing in the 60's so it doesn't take a genius to work it out, though perhaps arithmetic is not your strongest point. And I was playing rock guitar before the best part of you ran down your mother's leg :lol:

The amusing thing about callow youth is they don't realise that in no time they will be old too, as Rick will confirm 25 seems like just yesterday (or two days ago in my case). I just hope for you that when you get to my age, you've had as much fun as I have and am having.

I have been absent for a while as I am currently away on a tiling course in order to diversify my business even more. Hopefully I will soon be able to bring all the threads together and write computer programs to tile guitars. (Well Zemaitis made a fortune out of it!)

You noticed the German.........! :D I can only hang my head in shame and say you're absolutely right :oops: . I'm passable with French but I haven't got my head round German yet. Most Germans I come across, including a couple of good German friends, have excellent English (and my friends actually understand English humour like puns and other word plays) so there is not the spur to learn more's the pity. Having been told how precise German is, it is nice when a non specific word like 'moin' crops up though.

Your right about German it's fairly pure and precise it wasn't easy to learn either but living here helps a great deal !
