Here is the link to a free online first person shooter game.

www.americasarmy.com

America's Army has ranked among the top ten online PC action games with almost 9.5 million registered players who have completed over 380 million missions from basic training to operations in the War on Terrorism. A Gamespot.com editor asserts "nothing beats going in and seeing what the Army really does...without actually having to do it"

Check it out and give it a try!

Thanks for the link Mare.

I am not much a of a gamer myself but if it was the 'War on Bankers' and I got to shoot a few of them maybe I could be tempted :-)

I never got past the rifle range. LOL! Of course that was years ago. I wonder if you still have to go through basic to advance in the game? The other issue is, I almost never play games anymore.

I'll check it out as it's hard to come across a decent game these days :thumb:

The games industry has lost it's standards in the last year or so, especially with PC games. I used to buy millions of games a few year ago but over the past year I've only bought 2, the games made in the 90's and between 2000-2006 were absolutely brilliant, I felt like game studios made games back then because they enjoyed it. Now it just seems it's all for the money.

I booted up some older games and they really are the best, now it's just commercial rubbish made by the EA monopoly.

Keep in mind Shep, the game was intended to get new recruits. They may pass the info to the army in your country.

I would probably wait until AA3 is out, i used to play AA2 back like 2 years ago when it was still kinda new. But not its really outdated and honestly there is a bit of a learning curve, so i would hold back until AA3 to start. AA3 looks way better anyway, better gameplay and graphics
