Dr. Cochrane, the murdering dentist, has escaped from the mental hospital where he has been, since being caught. Hoping to resume a normal life, he makes his way to the internet under a false name (Stewmunny) and takes on the responsibilities of the 6Stringheaven dentist.
Things are starting to look up for Cochcrane, until the day when he catches Rick playing guitar with someone else. This sends him back over the edge and into another homicidal rampage, with his unfortunate patients bearing the brunt of his hostility and bad language.

How else do you think Stew and I know each other ? !!!

Actually, I'm typing this in an Internet cafe, killing time before my 12.15pm appointment with MY Dentist !!
Not had my teeth drilled for 20 years but my old fillings done when I was a young (and irresponsible teenager) are now looking too dodgy to leave any longer.

Gonna get some of my own "treatment" myself ! Gulp !!
