Andrew when you make post when want to add a track scroll down from where you type the text you'll see a grey box "manage attachement" on there browse for your file and click upload then wait till it is 100% uploaded before submitting your post.

Now that thread is open make sure you use POST REPLY not the quick reply feature otherwise you'll forever be hunting for the manage attachment box lol.
