Today I ripped my strat apart and added some nice mods. The first being adding a black seymor duncan jeff beck junior.I then cleaned up the scratchboard as it was TOO reliced and then changes all the knobs, pup covers and tips for black ones.It looks very Richie Blackmorish and sounds like a real strat again,as I can also coiltap the humbucker via the tone knob switch. I got the pick up for 32 quid,which is about 48 bucks so a total bargain.THis guitar now sounds amazing,total difference in tone ,as I've coil tapped it via the tone pot so is a great strat one minute then a super strat the next at the push of the pot !
