Floyd Rose Install

Ok, so i have a Johnson Stratocaster Copy, and I have done a bit of custom work to it. John Bruce did an awesome job of a Van Halen style paintjob, black with yellow stripes with a black pickguard. I have taken the middle pickup out as i didnt like the sound and never used it either. It now has a humbucker in the bridge position and the standard single coil in the neck, instead of 3 single coils. It has a regular strat vintage style bridge, but i would really like a floyd rose. I dont whammy all the time but do have a bit of fun with them sometimes. Does anybody know of anyone in the cornwall area that can route out a floyd rose and install a floyd rose?

not sure what you want but super Vee are great and no routing needed at all.
Have a look to see if its something better so you don't have to have it routed more.

The amount of work you'd need to have put into converting a trad' strat trem install to a FR install would, I'm sure, come to more than the guitar is worth.

Instead, I'd sell the Johnson, then look to find another strat-esque guitar which already has a FR or similar trem fitted ... and have it re-finished to a VH-style.

lol yea I agree John. But I know a guy that wants one really bad so if he gets it I hope he demo its. Or Maybe a friend can check it out at Namm this year. Have to ask him when I see him again tonight

For that price get another guitar and I checked ebay all over you can't get em only from there! Your wasting your money on that guitar Callum get another one!
