There has been some problems recently with the file upload facilty.
Several members have pointed this out over the last day.
I asked for help from an outside source who found the problem.
The problem is now solved, but with a small side effect which is i have had to restore a database that is 24 hours old in order to remove the bug.
If you joined in the last 24 hours, you will have to rejoin (sorry).
I did not take the database restore lightly and tried every avenue to to get around it, but it was better to do it now than to find out in 1 month and have to go back.

(the error was a missing "/" by the way")
