this is by no means a complete tutorial but will get you started
firstly download this and install it

use these settings
your camera and soundcard settings will be different
good settings for broadband you won't have much fun with these settings and dial up. tip better quality = bigger file and as you only have 8mb max you may need to use lower quality to make it all fit.
just click start encoding and play like the ghost of hendrix!
